Direct Palletization 'Speedy Compact'

The Speedy Compact palletizer is a portal system with single head that can be sized from one to several sectors. It is positioned in front of the Winders or Open-End machines and it makes the formation of the pallets by means of special downloading devices that pick up the packages and provide maximum efficiency in handling and pallet customization to each machine. At the completion of each cone layer, Speedy Compact automatically picks up the interlayers from the warehouse positioned near the pallet. Once the pallet is completed, light and sound signals alert to the change of the pallet, that will be performed by the operators or by means of automatic AGV trucks.
